Tanned skin, dark hair, an almost irresistible charm and just really
pretty looking - who hasn't heard of the "prejudice" of the typically Spanish
boy or girl. In fact many consider the Spanish people simply one of the best
looking in the world. To prove that this isn't just rumors, we present some of
the most beautiful and successful Spanish People.

Penelope Cruz (Actress): The Madrid-born actress is maybe one of the best
known "exports" of Spain. After her breakthrough in the movie "Belle Epoque"
her career went straight upwards. After some movies with famous Spanish
Director Pedro Almodóvar, she did movies with Nicolas Cage and Tom Cruise and
now is one of the most sought-after actresses in Hollywood.

Princess Letizia: Letizia Ortiz Rocasolano became famous as an uprising
journalism-star. But what really turned the beautiful girl from Oviedo in one
of the best known women in Spain is her relationship to Prince Felipe, son of
King Juan Carlos and therefore heir to the Spanish throne. They met in 2002,
got married on May 22, 2004 and on October 31, 2005 she gave birth to Princess
Leonor.

Vanessa Lorenzo (Model): Surely one of the hottest woman in Spain, if not in
the world. Born in Barcelona, Vanessa dreamed of being a model since she was a
little child. She had her first casting with the age of 10 and her
international career started when she was 17 and worked in Paris on a Pepe
Jeans Campaign. She also did some Movies before she moved to New York and
became model for Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren and many more. She appeared in
numerous magazines like Sports Illustrated, Elle, Vogue and even made it to the
covers on many of them.

Antonio Banderas (Actor): Staring in big Movies like "Desperado",
"Philadelphia" and "The Mask of Zorro", for many of his fans Banderas is the
living symbol of the Latin Lover. Though he today is one of Hollywoods
Big-Shots, Banderas originally dreamed of being a professional football player
until he broke his foot at the age of 14. The Spanish Actor was born in Malaga
and though he now lives in the US, he still has strong bonds to Spain. He was
chosen several times among the most beautiful people in the world and received
his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2005

Raúl Gonzáles Blanco (Football Star): Probably Spains biggest and best known
present football player. Born in a suburb of Madrid he joined Atlethico Madrid
at the age of 13 before turning to local rival Real Madrid. With just 17 years
Raúl became the youngest player ever to wear a Real Madrid shirt and since then
the forward is the shining star on Spains Football-Heaven. He made his debut
for Spain in 1996 and so far scored 42 goals in 92 matches, which makes him the
greatest scorer for his country, but until now failed to win a big title for
his country.

Fernando Alonso (Formula 1 Driver): Few have dominated the Spanish press in
the last year like Fernando Alonso. With only 24 years he became the youngest
Formula One World Champion ever - and the first one born in Spain. The shooting
star was born in Oviedo in the North of Spain and drove his first kart at the
age of only three years. He became World Junior Karting Champion in 1996 and
made his Formula 1-Debut in 2001. He joined the Renault-F1-Team in 2002 and
became F1-World Champion in 2005. Despite of his racing skills his fans,
especially the female ones, like his cool look and his rather long hairs.
