When you receive a lead from us you will also receive the contact information, including (not limited to) email and telephone number (unless the person chooses to communicate through electronic mail only).
Q. What is Pay Per Lead (PPL) advertising?
Pay Per Lead (PPL) is an advertising payment structure in which the advertiser pays depending on the number of leads delivered. The preset budget sets the maximum amount of leads that the system will allow you to open and read.
Once you open an account, our system is constantly trying to generate more leads for you, however you will not be charged beyond your defined budget.
Q. How is the Pay Per Lead (PPL) system used in our site?
After you sign up for the service and open your account, you will be asked to decide on your PPL budget.
Your property database will be included into our general database, so your properties will be shown in our search function, in the location selected or in other functionalities of the site.
You can include your properties manually through an assistant or we can do it for you at a cost.
One time your properties are in our system, every lead you will receive will be counted against your total daily budget.
Q. What if there are more leads than what I defined in my budget?
You will not be charged for leads you did not define in your budget.
Nevertheless, if our site system generates more leads than what you asked for, you will be given the choice to whether you wish to increase your budget. If you redefine your budget the information in the additional leads will become available to you.
If you decide not to increase your budget, the information in the additional leads will become available to you at the beginning of a new billing cycle (every 30 days).

No, you must open the leads in the order they are received.

You will be asked to pay the basic monthly fee on the day you sign up and you will be charged for the leads you received every thirty days.
There is a subscription fee which automatically renews once a month every month. In addition to the monthly subscription fee, the customer defines a customized lead budget for personal use for which he/she will be billed separately.
