INSURANCES
When living in Spain or thinking of buying property in Spain, it is very important to have a valid Spanish Insurance.
You have to firm a contract between you, the insured, and the insurance company. This contract, called the policy, guaranties that the insurer will indemnify you as the insured for any loss or damage caused in certain circumstances.
The most important dates contained in the policy are the premium paid by the insured and the promise of coverage made by the insurance company, which means the amount of money that the insurance company is going to pay in case of damage.
The policy must contain an insured subject. This can either be a person or a car .
In the policy the risk, which means the causes of damage, against the insured subject has to be specified.
